BlazBlue Continuum Shift 2 Release Date
After months and months of fans waiting for news, the patch for BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 finally has a release date for consoles, players will be able to gain the DLC patch on May 10th (in Japan only?), a little less than a month away. Most notably, the changes in the game will be newly balanced gameplay as well as the addition of a new character for the consoles, Platinum The Trinity (who you would still have the usual $7 price to unlock like Makoto Nanaya and Valkenhayn…unless you own the Xbox 360 version) but aside from paying for Platinum, the patch to play Continuum Shift 2 will be free for download!
In more news about BlazBlue, the 3DS and the PSP versions of Continuum Shift 2 will be out in the states on May 31st. The game has already been out in the arcade and the PSP in Japan, but soon it will be out in the US as well, so if you have either of those systems instead of a 360 or PS3 and still want to play the game (with all three DLC characters available without having to download them for a separate fee), then you’ll be able to three weeks after the patch comes out for the major consoles.
